These Terms and any disputes arising out of them shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

SYED RESHAD UL HAQUE believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
SYED RESHAD UL HAQUE does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, refunds or replacements can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the delivered product is not good.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will only be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the issue at their end. This should be reported within 2 days of receiving the product.
If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our Customer Service team within 2 days of receiving the product. The team will investigate your complaint and take an appropriate decision.
For products with warranties issued by manufacturers, please refer the issue directly to them.
In the case of refunds approved by SYED RESHAD UL HAQUE, it will take 9-15 days for the refund to be processed and credited to the end customer.
